The Derwent Valley Heritage Way.
The River Derwent starts up on the Derbyshire moors but this walk follows the river from its exit of the Ladybower Reservoir to its mouth as it flows into the River Trent at Shardlow
The canal starts from the River Trent near Shardlow and ends at Preston Brook where cargo used to be transferred to boats on the River Mersey.
